Protein Parlor, founded by James Carlino, was established with a mission to provide healthy and delicious protein drinks and supplements. As a Certified Nutrition Coach accredited by NASM and originally hailing from Rhode Island, USA, James recognized the need for high-quality nutritional options in Taiwan. Drawing inspiration from innovative smoothie shops in the United States, he launched the first Protein Parlor store in West District, Taichung during the summer of 2023. The immediate positive reception—especially toward our signature “Crazy Monkey” flavor—has truly affirmed our commitment to quality and creativity in the realm of protein beverages. In 2024, Protein Parlor further elevated its offerings through a collaboration with Naked Protein, a renowned provider of premium protein powders. This partnership enables our customers to enjoy the same high-quality ingredients used in our beverages and create nutritious blends at home, while exclusive discounts are extended via our trusted gym partners—most notably, Anytime Fitness, along with The Bears Den and Middle Island Fitness. As part of our continuous evolution and unwavering commitment to exceptional service, please note that our original Taichung location concluded operations in May 2025, paving the way for a reimagined, state-of-the-art venue scheduled to open by the end of summer 2025. This deliberate transition is designed to deliver an even more refined environment and an elevated experience for our valued customers!

蛋白波樂由 James Carlino 創立，旨在提供健康美味的蛋白飲品與補充劑。作為通過美國國家運動醫學學會（NASM）認證的營養教練，來自美國羅德島的詹姆斯敏銳地洞察到台灣對高品質營養選項的需求，並受美國創新果昔店的啟發，於2023年夏天在台中市西區推出了第一家蛋白波樂門市。門市開幕後，消費者對本店多元且極具品質保證的飲品（尤其是招牌「瘋狂猴子」風味）給予了熱烈回響，進一步堅定了我們持續追求卓越的決心。在2024年，蛋白波樂與知名高品質乳清蛋白粉品牌「裸肌」攜手推出聯名商品，讓顧客能夠輕鬆選購到與店內飲品同等優質的原料，自行在家調製營養飲品。同時，我們還與包括享有極高聲望的 Anytime Fitness 在內的本地及國際知名健身夥伴（如熊派巴西柔術及綜合格鬥學院、Middle Island Fitness）進行合作，為其會員提供專屬優惠。為了不斷提升顧客體驗與服務，敬請留意：我們於2025年5月圓滿完成了台中首家門市的營運轉換，並正全力籌備全新升級門市，預計將於2025年夏末隆重開幕。此次調整充分展現了蛋白波樂持續創新、致力於為顧客帶來更卓越體驗的承諾。
