What is the return policy?
We accept returns for whey protein and supplements only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. To be eligible, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide proof of purchase, such as an email invoice or order confirmation. Due to health and safety regulations in Taiwan, we cannot accept returns for any product that has been opened or used. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. For defective products, please include clear photos and we will offer a replacement or full refund via your original payment method or store credit.
Are any purchases final sale?
Please note that collaborative items—including clothing, accessories, and other limited-edition releases—are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. We kindly ask that you double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and shipping updates. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and local courier services.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping rate of NT$60. Shipping is free for orders over NT$1500 or for customers who choose in-store pickup. Currently, we only ship within Taiwan.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our protein and supplement products are proudly manufactured in collaboration with trusted factories here in Taiwan. Select items are also produced in the United States, ensuring a high standard of quality across our entire lineup.
