蛋白波樂由 James Carlino 創立，旨在提供健康美味的蛋白飲品和補充劑。詹姆斯是美國國家運動醫學學會（NASM）認證的營養教練，來自美國羅德島州。他發現台灣缺乏這類選擇，受到美國類似健康替代果昔店的啟發，於2023年夏天在台中市西區開設了第一家蛋白波樂。開幕後得到了很大的回響，消費者非常喜愛好喝品質好，又有多重選擇的乳清飲品，尤其是本店招牌''瘋狂猴子''。在2024年，蛋白波樂與有著高品質乳清蛋白粉的知名品牌裸肌合作推出聯名商品，為了讓本店顧客也可以購買到使用在本店產品的美味乳清粉。蛋白波樂也與多間台中當地，甚至國際的健身房合作，包括Anytime Fitness、熊派巴西柔術及綜合格鬥學院、Middle Island、提供這些健身房會員購買蛋白波樂商品及飲品的獨家優惠！

Protein Parlor, founded by James Carlino, was established with a mission to provide healthy and delicious protein drinks and supplements. A Certified Nutrition Coach certified by NASM, James, originally from Rhode Island, USA, recognized the absence of such options in Taiwan. Inspired by similar healthy alternative smoothie shops in the US, he opened the first Protein Parlor store in West District, Taichung, during the summer of 2023. The response was overwhelming, and customers loved the variety and quality of the protein shakes, especially the signature “Crazy Monkey” flavor. In 2024, Protein Parlor joined forces with Naked Protein, a leading brand specializing in premium protein powders. This collaboration empowers customers to purchase the same high-quality products used in Protein Parlor’s drinks, enabling them to experiment with creating their own nutritious beverages conveniently from the comfort of their homes! Protein Parlor also partnered with several local and global gyms, including Anytime Fitness, The Bears Den, and Middle Island Fitness, to offer their members exclusive discounts on all purchases!
